We are thrilled to be able to take our classes to the next level during the weekend for those who are unable to attend classes during the week!
Saturday will consist of 2 classes, our first class which begins at 10am and ends at 1pm will be for those aged 11-13. This class is to showcase how easy it is to make a movie based on equipment that is accessible to that age group, e.g phones, free editing softwares etc. Students will have an opportunity to learn what it takes to make a movie and how to develop a story with a rich plot and rich characters.
Our 2nd Saturday class which begins at 2pm and ends at 5pm will be for those aged 14-16. This class will be focused on making a movie with more advanced equipment such as Tripods, gimbals, cranes, high end quality cameras etc. As well as this, we are looking forward to enriching the students with a knowledge of how and why certain things are done in film.
Our Sunday class is for those who are more advanced in their skillset of filmmaking. It will begin at 1pm and finish at 5pm with the age group being 17+. They will be using very high end equipment and focusing more on quality than quantity in regard to their movie. We will be taking an in depth look at how to create a visually pleasing and rewarding story with rich characters and sets. This course would be fantastic if you or your young person is looking to create a portfolio piece for future endeavors!
