Information required for an invoice
Please make your invoice out to:

Your invoice must include:
● Date of invoice
● A unique invoice number
● E Tax Clearance Number
● CRO Number (where the vendor is a registered company)
● Detailed description of the service performed and the relevant YIFM Programme
Your personal details:
o Name
o Postal Address
o Phone number
Your banking details
o Name of their bank
o Physical address of their bank
o The name on their bank account
o IBAN (NOTE: International banks in the Americas do not have IBANs; they need to provide NSC and routing numbers.)
E – Tax Clearance Information: All freelance workers must include their tax clearance details in order to receive payment from a state funded organisation. You will need to enter your Tax clearance No. and Access No. as part of the invoicing process. This is a new process for a lot of freelance workers, but it has become a mandatory requirement for organisation like YIFM who receive funding through different government departments. The good news is that once you have your eTax clearance details sorted it is the same for any future invoicing to any organisation. So please be patient, apply for your eTax clearance details and all will go smoothly after that.
How to apply for your eTax clearance number: You can apply online through the Revenue website and it is a very quick service.
